Children made book stands of different shapes
(square,circle and triangle) from chart paper. They made 4 of each shape. They
were amazed to see that these stand could hold as many as 38 books. Children
learnt that even if the stands were light in the weight they could hold
the heavy weight as the pressure was evenly distributed.
