BE HEALTHY BE HAPPY BE ACTIVE WEEK-8th Feb-12th Feb

9th Feb:- Food label reading

A food label reading activity done by the students across all grades. The students read the nutrition information/ facts from the food packets and compared the energy, fat, sodium content etc of the different food products.

Depending on these levels, the students understood how much portion of the food products they should include in their diet.
