Reverberation – Sr.Kg to Grade 6 – 19th December, 2015

Sr. kg:
 Sr.Kg reverberation stated with Life cycle of Butterfly, Life cycle of Frog, Water Cycle, Games- I am Lost and Who am I? Activity – I Wish (Butterfly wish for parents) Parents and family members enjoyed a lot and they participated actively and we received a good response. 

Grade 1:
The students presented and demonstrated various topics with great zeal and excitement. The different projects were properties of air, ground water, purification of water and occurrence of day and night.

Grade 2:
The different group of students worked on 3 different projects.
Project 1- windmill model
Project 2- Static electricity
Project 3-Soil erosion
Counter for sale of medicinal plants.
Students enjoyed the entire activity which was hands on learning. 

Grade 3:
The students worked on two projects. One was how to make a rainbow and the other one was light travels in a straight line. The students demonstrated and explained to the parents how an indoor rainbow can be formed. The students also explained the concept of light and demonstrated how light travels in a straight line. The science project was informative and students enjoyed it.

Grade 4:
Students demonstrated 2 projects:
1) Rubber band car and Catapult
2) Cochin International Airport model
The students explained the concept of how the rubber band car and catapult works. They explained the concept of kinetic energy and how the object moves from one place to another. The students also explained the benefits of using Solar Energy. The students worked hard in making the entire project with the guidance of teacher. The also played catapult games with parents.

Grade 5 and 6:
Interesting and innovative topics were demonstrated and presented by grade 5 and 6 students. The students of grade 5 demonstrated lemon battery, travelling water, potato battery and electricity from candles. The students of grade 6 demonstrated light bulbs from lead, solar battery charger and a smart school with a built in sensor. The parents appreciated the efforts taken up by the students.
