The students of grade 5 performed an activity where they
understood the compositon, different parts and uses of a fire extinguisher.
They observed the pressure gauge, lever of the euipment and learnt that it
contains carbon dioxide at a great pressure. They also read the safety
instructions written on the fire extinguisher. The students enjoyed this hands
on activity.
